Supplementary Provisions to Privacy Policy
If you are a user located in the following jurisdictions: Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan Region, Singapore, Commonwealth of Australia, Canada, United States, State of California, or the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the provisions listed under your jurisdiction shall apply in addition to those stipulated in our Privacy Policy.
1. Hong Kong SAR, China
Should you opt not to provide personal data, you may be unable to fully access certain features of our platform.
As a user in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, you have statutory rights regarding your personal data that we maintain (subject to applicable laws and regulations).
You have the right to submit a data access request to obtain copies of your data that we process. You may also exercise your right to data correction and the right to cease the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
2. Macau SAR, China

As a user in the Macau Special Administrative Region, you have statutory rights regarding your personal data that we maintain (subject to applicable laws and regulations).
You have the right to submit a data access request to obtain copies of your data that we process. You may also exercise your right to data correction and the right to cease the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
3. Taiwan Region, China
We do not intentionally collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 7, nor do we knowingly permit children under 7 to register for UDMed. If you are under 7, please do not attempt to use or register for UDMed, or send us any personal information about yourself. Even if users under 7 access UDMed and its services, no personal information should be submitted to us. For users located in Taiwan Region who are under 20 years of age, parental/guardian consent is required before using UDMed and its services.
We will obtain your consent prior to transmitting your personal information for the purpose of providing personalized advertisements (if applicable). You may exercise the following rights as stipulated in Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act:
(1) Access your personal information for inspection and review;
(2) Obtain copies of your personal information;
(3) Supplement or correct your personal information;
(4) Request cessation of collection, processing, or usage of your personal information;
(5) Request deletion of your personal information. Our ability to comply with your request may be limited within the scope permitted by law.
4. Singapore
By clicking "Accept," you acknowledge and consent to the cross-border transfer of your information to any country where our databases are located or where our service providers operate.
Your personal data is processed by Torras personnel operating outside of Singapore. In such instances, prior to disclosing your personal data to third parties, Torras will implement reasonable measures to ensure that third parties provide a standard of protection for the transferred personal data that is comparable to that under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. You have the right to access and rectify your personal information. If you believe we hold any other personal information about you, or if you believe any information we hold about you is inaccurate, please contact us at service@ud-med.com.
5. Commonwealth of Australia
By clicking "Accept," you acknowledge and consent to the cross-border transfer of your information to any country where our databases are located or where our service providers operate.
We implement appropriate measures to ensure that third parties located outside the Commonwealth of Australia who receive and process your personal information comply with the Australian Privacy Act. However, you acknowledge that we have no control over, and assume no liability for, the acts or omissions of such third-party recipients.

6. United States of America
We do not collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 and wish to use Torras and its services, please obtain prior consent from your parent/guardian and their acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy. If you are a parent of a child under 13 and do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please require your child to immediately cease accessing/using Torras and its services. You have the right to request access, cessation, deletion, and non-disclosure of your child's information via service@ud-med.com.
7. California
This section applies to California residents covered under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA").
The CCPA grants California residents certain statutory rights, including the right to access, delete, disclose, or "opt-out of sale" of information, subject to exceptions.
If you use Torras or its services, we may collect and disclose your personal information as detailed in the"Personal Information Collection List.". For specific purposes and details regarding each type of personal information, please refer to this Privacy Policy and the"Personal Information Collection List.".
We do not sell your personal information to third parties in the traditional sense of "sale" or as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). If you are a California resident covered by CCPA, and no CCPA exemptions apply to you or your personal information, you have the following rights:
We will process all verified requests within 45 days. If necessary, we may extend this period by 45 days with an explanation for the delay.
To protect your information, identity verification is required before responding to any rights exercise requests. In some cases, additional information such as government-issued identification may be required for verification.
You may log into your Torras account to manage your data or exercise your rights regarding other data (if applicable) by contacting service@ud-med.com.
Under CCPA, you may exercise your rights by contacting us at service@ud-med.com or authorize an agent to submit requests on your behalf. For agent-submitted requests, we may require direct identity verification and confirmation of agent authorization from you.
8. United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

9. Canada
By clicking "Accept," you consent to the cross-border transfer of your information to any country/region where we maintain databases or branch offices. You may contact our designated Data Protection Officer at service@ud-med.com. You retain the right to withdraw consent previously granted regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information, subject to contractual or legal restrictions. To withdraw consent, please contact service@ud-med.com. Please note that this may affect certain functionalities of Torras and our ability to provide Torras services to you.
Furthermore, you have the right to access your personal data in our possession, understand how we utilize this information, and know to whom we disclose it. You may access your personal information by logging into your account or submitting a written request to service@ud-med.com. We may require additional verification of your identity.
You have the right to rectify any inaccurate personal data we maintain about you. You may also access and modify your personal information through your Torras account. If you believe we hold any other personal information about you that is inaccurate, please contact us at service@ud-med.com.
10. Malaysia
By clicking "Accept," you acknowledge and consent to the cross-border transfer of your information to any country where our databases are located or where our service providers operate.
If you agree to this Privacy Policy to allow minors (individuals under 18 years of age) to access and use Tulas, you hereby consent to provide personal information of minors in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and you personally accept and agree to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Furthermore, you hereby agree to be responsible for the minor's conduct and compliance with this Privacy Policy.
We recognize the importance of protecting your personal data and therefore commit to reviewing relevant privacy protection measures before processing your personal information. We undertake to implement necessary precautions to protect your personal data against loss, damage, alteration, disclosure, access, or unlawful use.
