1. Account data:
When you register or log in to our account, you will need to provide us with a cell phone number or email address (we will desensitize your cell phone number or email address after we collect it)and set up an account password for logging in. You may choose to provide us with your nickname, customized avatar information to enrich your account information. If you refuse to provide your cell phone number or email address, you will not be able to use your cell phone number or email address to complete registration, login and use some of the UDMed App features.
During the registration or login process, we will also collect the device identification information of your cell phone (Such as ANDROID_ID, UUID, DeviceID, IDFA, OAID, ICCID, GAID, MEID, OpenUDID, MAC address, IMSI, Advertising ID, Serial Number for Android; and IDFV, IDFA, MAC address, UUID, UDID for iOS), hardware serial number, MAC address, IP address, and WIFI (address, status, and parameters) are used for network and operational security and notification message push.
2. Third-party login account data: If you choose to authorize the use of a third-party account (WeChat/Apple ID) for quick login,we will obtain your shared account information (avatar, nickname) from the third party, and obtain the information of the installed apps and associate them with your UDMed Account. We will use your personal information in accordance with the agreement with the third party and the terms of the privacy policy published by the third party regarding the sharing of personal information, and in compliance with relevant regulations. If you refuse to authorize the provision, you will not be able to log in to the UDMed App using your third-party account.
3 . Device Interconnection Data: When you use the UDMed App to connect to your UDMed smart device, we will collect your location information,Bluetooth information, Wi-Fiinformation with your permission to help you realize the connection between your phone and the device and the control of the device by your phone. Once connected, you can monitor and control your device through the UDMed App. This is a core business function of the UDMed App. If you choose not to provide the above information, you may not be able to use this core function.
4 . Feedback: When you give us feedback through “Personal-Contact Us”, you need to provide your feedback content (required),you can choose to provide us with pictures, videos, contact information, e-mail, etc., , so that we can understand the specifics of your feedback. If you do not provide feedback content, you will not be able to submit feedback; after we receive your feedback, we will reply to you through the contact information you provide. If you refuse to provide contact information, we will not be able to respond to you, and will not be able to deal with your problems and equipment failure. If you do not provide pictures and videos, you may not be able to explain your feedback well.
5. Permission information for service provision:
In order to provide you with better services, we will request you to obtain the following permissions: permission to read camera albums, network permissions, storage permissions, Bluetooth permissions, geo-location permissions, system settings permissions, and permission to update and install applications. l UDMed Smart Device Basic Information: When connecting UDMed smart devices (hereinafter referred to as "devices") via the UDMed App, we collect basic device information to enable connectivity, display usage information, and perform firmware updates. This includes device name, device ID, online status, activation time, firmware version and upgrade information, and system language.

Otherwise, we shall require such company or organization to seek renewed authorization consent from you.

Your personal data will be irretrievable after seven (7) days of deletion. You may submit a request to delete your personal information through the contact methods specified in Article 9 of this Policy if: we have processed your personal information in violation of laws and regulations, we have collected or used your personal information without your consent, or you no longer use our products or services and have deactivated your account. We will respond to your deletion request within fifteen (15) business days. Upon execution of the deletion, we will cease using such data. However, to comply with necessary legal requirements or to maintain essential service integrity, immediate deletion may not be feasible. Data may be retained in storage or backup for requisite periods, after which we will promptly delete such information.
You may terminate your account at any time.Upon termination of your UDMed App account, you will no longer have access to UDMed's remote monitoring and smart device control services. We will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Related data will be irretrievable seven (7) business days after account termination. Alternatively, you may contact us through the methods outlined in Section 9 of this policy. Upon verification of your identity, we will process your termination request within fifteen (15) business days by deleting personal information associated with your registered mobile number.

After account termination, the system may delete personal information, making it impossible to provide a complete copy of personal information.
In certain operational functions, decisions may be made solely through automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems and algorithms, without human intervention. If these decisions significantly affect your legal rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation from us, and we shall provide appropriate remedial measures.
You may unlink your UDMed account from third-party accounts within the UDMed App with the path as “Personal Profile - Account & Security”.
When we process data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time with the path as “Personal Profile - Account & Security - Account Deletion”.
If you wish to withdraw your consent to this Privacy Policy, you can modify your personal permission settings through the UDMed App with the path as “Personal Profile - Privacy Management - Privacy Policy - Withdraw Consent”. Upon withdrawal of consent, we will cease providing the corresponding services and discontinue processing your personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect any personal information processing activities previously conducted based on your consent.
In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we cease processing your personal data and only retain such information in storage. However, we may proceed with processing if we have legitimate grounds for processing your personal data, such as defending legal claims or protecting the rights of others.
If we agree to restrict processing, we will implement reasonable measures. Please inform us of any third parties to whom your personal data has been disclosed so they may also cease processing.
You may request the restriction of processing of your personal data held by us to storage only in the following circumstances:

Where individual notification to data subjects is impracticable, we shall issue public announcements through reasonable and effective channels. During your use of the UDMed App, we will continuously maintain your personal information, with specific retention periods detailed in the "Personal Information Collection List." If you wish to delete your personal information, you may do so through the "Personal Profile - Personal Information" section or contact us via the methods outlined in Article 9 of this policy. After deletion, backup copies of your personal data will be retained for seven (7) days. Furthermore, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will delete or anonymize your personal information upon expiration of the aforementioned retention period. In cases where data destruction is technically unfeasible, we will implement appropriate measures to prevent any further processing of your personal data.
We place paramount importance on safeguarding the personal information of minors (individuals under 18 years of age). If you are under 18 years old (or the age of majority according to your local jurisdiction), you must obtain prior written consent from your parent or legal guardian before utilizing our services. Zhejiang Youdian Medical Technology Co., Ltd. will strictly adhere to relevant national and regional laws and regulations regarding the protection of children's personal information. In principle, personal information collected and generated within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the PRC's jurisdiction. In order to ensure that we efficiently handle your questions and provide you with timely feedback, you are required to submit proof of identity, valid contact information, written requests and relevant evidence, and we will process your request within fifteen (15) working days after verifying your identity.
If you are not satisfied with our response, especially if you believe that our personal information processing behavior has harmed your legitimate rights and interests, you can first consult with us, and if you are not satisfied with the results of the consultation, you can apply for arbitration to the Ningbo International Arbitration Court.
